Account & contact data: name, phone number, email, language preference, and login credentials (stored securely).
Order & support data: orders, items, amounts, merchant, timestamps, OTP verification status, refunds, and support tickets/messages.
Vehicle data (optional): plate number, make, model, color, nickname; and temporary vehicle entered at checkout.
Location data: approximate or precise location (if you allow) to show nearby trucks and enable map browsing.
Device & usage data: device identifiers, app version, OS, IP address, logs, crash reports, and analytics events.
Communications data: masked communications metadata and support interactions (content where applicable).
2. How we use data
We use personal data to provide and operate the App and your account.
We use personal data to show nearby merchants and enable map features.
We use personal data to process orders and payments (as agent for merchants).
We use personal data to enable pickup verification (OTP).
We use personal data to provide customer support and handle disputes/refunds.
We use personal data to prevent fraud and improve security.
We use personal data to improve the App (analytics and performance).
We use personal data to send service notifications (order updates, readiness, receipts).
3. Sharing of data
We may share data with Merchants to prepare and hand over your order.
Vehicle details may be shared with the Merchant after successful payment where relevant to pickup/handover.
We may share data with payment providers to process payments and refunds.
We may share data with service providers (hosting, analytics, messaging/push notifications, support tools, fraud prevention).
We may share data with authorities where legally required.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. International transfers
Some service providers may process data outside KSA.
When this occurs, we apply appropriate safeguards as required.
5. Retention
We retain personal data as needed to provide services, comply with legal/accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
6. Security
We use reasonable security measures (access controls, encryption in transit, monitoring).
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
7. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of certain data where applicable.
You may withdraw location permission via device settings.

8. Location permissions
You can enable location to show trucks near you and improve sorting.
You can disable location at any time in device settings, but some features may be limited.
9. Wallet / store credit
If a wallet/store credit is offered, we maintain wallet balances and transaction history to operate the wallet.
Refunds may be issued to wallet/store credit and/or back to the original payment method, depending on availability and operational/payment constraints.
10. Changes
We may update this policy and will update the effective date and post changes in the App.
